- Friday, March 5th
Catania, your first taste of Sicily
Departure from the airport agreed upon at the time of booking. The flight is excluded from the fee: upon request, we will book it for you and also handle check-in. Our coordinator will stay with the group for the entire vacation. Upon arrival, private transfer from the airport to family apartments in the city center. Private food tour of Catania with a guide and small tastings among markets, squares, and local specialties. Free evening.
Saturday, March 6Etna Sud Classic with the family
Morning on Etna with a private family visit organised by the Claire in Sicily team. The Etna Sud Classic tells the story of the volcano with an experiential approach, including observation, stories, clues, and a small experiment for children; a welcome kit is also provided for them. Return to Catania and rest of the day free.
Sunday, March 7Taormina, at your own pace
Private transfer to Taormina, free lunch, and time to explore one of the most beautiful towns on the island at your own pace, including the main street, terraces, and sea views. Return to Catania in the afternoon.
Monday, March 8Return from Catania
Check-out from the apartments and private transfer to the airport according to your flight schedule. Our coordinator accompanies the group until their return, providing assistance and support during every phase of the trip.

The program and the order of activities may undergo slight variations due to weather, Etna conditions, flight operations, or organizational needs. Activities on the volcano will be adapted to the conditions and instructions of the guides.

How do I book a trip?
It's simple: you write to us using the form below or on WhatsApp, we confirm your spot, and upon group confirmation, you pay a small deposit to secure the booking. The balance is paid one month before departure. No strange installments, no surprises.
Is the flight included?
No, the flight is not included in the price. Upon request, we will find the most suitable solution, starting from €50 per person from various airports, and quote it at the time of booking. When you tell us where you want to depart from and confirm, we will take care of the booking and check-in.
Do I have to bring the grandparents?
No, no obligation to bring grandparents! Our trips are designed for all families: with grandparents, without grandparents, single parents, brave aunts/uncles, blended families. If you are a family, you can travel with us.
How large are the groups?
Small, always. A maximum of 15 people, depending on how the families are composed. We prefer small groups so everyone gets to know each other by name, we sit at the same table, and no one is left behind at stops.
Can I travel only with my family, without a group?
Certainly. We prepare quotes for tailor-made trips and take care of everything: itinerary, bookings, air ticketing, and even airport check-in. Visas and documents included: we send everything conveniently to your mobile phone. All you have to do is pack your bags.
Why can't I find prices on the website?
Because every family is different: based on the age of the children, the grandparents, and the number of participants, discounts change and the price adapts. We don't want to show you a 'starting' price and then add on top. Write to us indicating who will be travelling (including ages) and we will provide you with a tailor-made quote, often more convenient than you think.
Can I gift the group trip to grandparents without participating myself?
Of course, it would be the best gift. For grandparents, it's an incredible and safe experience: they'll find peers in the group to chat and share with, while we take care of everything. A special way to thank them for everything they do every day.
Can I bring my dog or other pet?
At the moment we are not organized to accommodate pets: we respect anyone in the group who might be allergic or simply uncomfortable. But who knows, maybe one day a wonderful edition dedicated specifically to four-legged travelers will be born: if you like the idea, tell us!
Are we obliged to participate in all excursions, visits, and activities?
No, absolutely not. Everyone is free to follow the group or take their own time. If one day we're walking through the via cave of Maremma on tuff paths, grandparents can relax at the thermal baths of Sorano and rejoin us for dinner. And if we're exploring Brussels, someone can comfortably wait for us at a café in Grand Place. The holiday is yours: we give you the itinerary, you choose the pace.
Can I buy the flight myself and depart from wherever I want?
Of course, we can provide you with a quote without flights, and you can depart from wherever you wish with your preferred airline. We will meet directly at the destination. If you need assistance, we can also support you in finding the most suitable flight, issue the tickets ourselves, and perform online check-in so you will have your boarding passes directly on your mobile phone. The service cost is 20 euros per person.
Do your flights involve changes? Where do they depart from?
We always try to include direct flights, and we succeed in almost all our trips. Only on some longer routes are connections planned. In any case, everything is managed directly by us at the agency. Flights usually depart from: Bologna, Pisa, Florence. Upon request, we can also provide prices for other airports.
